How many people can the apartments accommodate? 

When you book your stay in one of our private apartments, you will have the entire property for yourself. 

Our apartments Le Refuge, Le Sommet and Annecy Historical Center can accommodate up to 6 persons in their 3 bedrooms. Le Jardin Alpin can host up to 8 persons in its 4 bedrooms.

Where are the apartments located?

• Le Refuge & Le Sommet are located respectively on the 5th and 6th floor of the Hôtel de La Loze. They offer direct privileged access to the slopes of the 3 Valleys and a prime location at the centre of Courchevel 1850, just steps away from its famous Croisette.
• Le Jardin Alpin, also located in the centre of Courchevel 1850, provides a ski-in ski-out access to the ski slopes. 
• Our Annecy apartment is ideally located in the city centre, just a few steps away from Annecy’s lake. A parking spot allows you to park right next to the historical centre for more convenience. 

What services are included in the apartment rental in Annecy and Courchevel?

• If you stay in one of our apartments at the Hôtel de La Loze, Le Sommet or Le Refuge, you will benefit from all the hotel’s services, including concierge service, parking, daily room cleaning and breakfast.
• At the Jardin Alpin apartment, you will also benefit from a concierge & daily cleaning service, along with parking. 
• In the case of our museum-like apartment in the historical centre of Annecy, you will benefit from parking and cleaning services.
